Job Description

• Coordinate nomination & freehand shipment for outstation location Mundra/Pipavac/Hazira/ICE

• Submit booking with shipping line and follow up for booking confirmation

• Issue booking to shipper, follow up for container pick up

• Follow up for documents & BL draft

• Coordinate internally with BL department for timely submission of SI with carrier

• Submit vgm and form 13

• Submit shipping bill online

• Follow up for container gate in

• Coordinate internally for BL issuance and invoice issuance

• Send prealert to agent

Mandatory Requirement

• Minimum 5 Years' of experience in freight forwarding industry.

• Minimum 2 Years' of experience in similar role.

• Experience in handling shipments from outstation location - Mundra/Pipavav/Hazira/ICD

• Experience in working with major shipping line – Maersk / MSC / Hapag / CMA / Cosco / Evergreen / Wanhai etc

• Experience in handling nomination shipment

Qualification

• Candidate should be Graduate in any discipline

• Both Male and Female are invited to apply

• Candidate must have good English communication skills in English (write/speak)

• Candidate must possess IT and computer skills such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Internet explorer

Optional Requirement

• Experience in handling large volume accounts - minimum 100 containers per month

• Experience in handling bulk commodity – tiles / stones / agro / cotton

• Candidate residing in close proximity of the Office location preferred

• Experience in working with Europe, Mediterranean, North America, South America, Australia

Who should not apply

• People with experience in documentation/BL but not in customer service/booking

• People with experience in cha work but not freight forwarding division

• People with experience in handling POL Nhava Sheva only and not having experience in handling outstation shipments
